Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

January 14, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

The agenda of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Tuesday, January 14th will include:

  1. Public Hearing Case 19-BZA-38  An application filed by William and Judith Welch for property located at 66 Southwood Dr. requesting that a total of 1,650 sq ft of accessory building ground coverage be allowed in violation of Section 14.02(C)(4) which imposes a maximum total square footage for accessory buildings of 875 sq ft and also to allow a side yard clearance of three (3) feet for a 32×38 ft detached garage in violation of Section14.03(F)(3) which imposes a minimum side clearance of five (5) feet.
  2. Public Hearing Case 19-BZA-39 An application filed by Claudia Beasley for property located at 123 Overlook Rd. requesting an agricultural Conditional Use Permit pursuant to requirements contained in Section 31.03(B) related to the keeping of a miniature horse on the property.
  3. Discussion concerning the potential adoption of Rules of Procedure for the Board of Zoning Appeals.
  4. Election of Board of Zoning Appeals Officers for the Year 2020.
