Applications for rehanging banners that were up in 2022 are now being accepted. To guarantee your reservation for a space please submit your application and fee before February 19, 2023. After this date it will be first come first served.  

Applications for new banners or banners hung in previous years but not 2022 will be accepted on or after February 20, 2023.  For new applications please click on the link below.  Once the allotted poles are full we will no longer accept applications.
