Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

The Board’s agenda for this meeting includes two public hearings.

Case 19-BZA-36 is an Application For Conditional Use filed by Patricia Ponn for property located at 835 Bacon Rd. (PPN 11B045A000120).  The request is for an Agricultural Conditional Use permit for the keeping of chickens on the property as required by provisions contained in Sub-section 31.02(A).

Case 19-BZA-37 is an Application For Variance filed by Traps II LLC for property located at 970 Riverside Dr. (PPN 11A0220000150).  The variance involves a proposed lot split by which a 0.710 acre parcel is proposed to be split from the existing 2.019 acre parcel.  There are currently two accessory structures located on the area of the proposed 0.710 acre parcel and the proposed split will cause those accessory structures to exist upon a parcel upon which no principal building or use would exist in violation of Section 22.02(C) which states, with reference to accessory uses, that “…….Such use shall be permitted as a building or use when it is clearly incidental to and located on the same lot as the principal  building or use.”
