Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

There is one new case for the Board’s public hearing docket,  Case 20-BZA-06.  Applicant Crystal Place Partners LLC submitted a variance application for property located at 1625 Mentor Ave. (PPN 11A0110000070).  The request is to allow modification of the term from 5 years to 15 years for Conditional Use Permits 20-BZA-03 and 20-BZA-04 in violation of Section 12.13 which requires that Conditional Use Permits be renewed no less than once every 5 (five) years.

This public hearing will be held electronically in response to coronavirus mandates in effect in the State of Ohio.  Persons who wish to comment may submit comments in writing by one of the following means:
